Hi All, i wanted to Bump this thread with my update.

So... I now have a hearing date for 11am on 30 April 2025 at the county court at Northampton.

It says i have up to March 6 to send copies of documents. Including a copy of the contract/agreement - what is this? and any relevant correspondence. Not sure what that means?

I need help please - anything you can signpost me to, would be greatly appreciated

Are you certain it wants YOU , the Defendant,  to do that   ?  More likely to be the claimant

Surely you would be better to post a redacted picture of the actual court order,  instead of your text summary  ?

    Pictures leave no ambiguity
  • Great point. See documents here

So you must provide your documents and Exhibits,  plus your WS as well,  to both parties by 6th March, as must the claimant too

So obligations on both of you to provide the relevant information,  documents and any exhibits
  • Yes. Is there a set template for this? Does it need to be provided in the post or electronically? Is there any guidance for this stage please?
