Landal Belvedere go into administration

NCM Fund Services - there's a similar charge on Belvedere Leisure Resorts Ltd director Alan McNamara who is also director of Eglinton Park Ltd0

The story of unregulated Blackmore being approved by regulated NCM is fascinating and may be drawing parallel lines. It begs the obvious question, who gave backing to unregulated lodge investments with a Landal name? It also suggests a recurring pattern which may require updated code of practice. This joins a few dots, maybe the Druces team could help solve the riddle. Has that anything to do with the merged thread?jimjames said:

This has been reported in the newspapers, today. I'm not allowed to post links yet but if you Google "Company which owned Scots land earmarked for holiday park subject of major police investigation" you should find it.MSE_ForumTeam5 said:We've merged the threads

They must have upset someone with clout as the police weren't bothered by companies such as LCF or Blackmore enough to investigate them. Even now no criminal charges have been laid against the people behind LCF despite the courts finding them liable to repay millions they took from the company
£150-250. What an insult!
Being polite I'd say what a load of tosh. The FCA clearly take no account of the overall picture and are totally focused on the strict interpretation of their rules rather than trying to protect consumers (as we all know). The only document they are making any mention of is the IM rather than considering how the Blackmore website presented the company which gave a very different (and arguably misleading) picture.0 -
It looks like the sites (Landal Barnsoul and Landal Belvedere) are being sold to Jans Holding the lodge builders.
And on Right Move and On the Market there are investment lodges being advertised at Eglinton Park2 -
Sites sold to Jans but doubt there will be any money for plot investors. Loan charges on both sites already. and a news item in Ireland full of inaccuracies!0

Creditors Voluntary Liquidation document for Apple invest has been uploaded to Companies House yesterday for anyone interested.1

It has errors in it. Not very efficient administrators.1
