I've also been a victim of this but never got invited to the creditors committee or the Whatsapp group. I know they had a bit of a personal vendetta against me as I was calling them out on this a while ago and tried to withdraw from the so called investment, which they agreed to but then denied. I'm also very interested to know if anyone is taking legal action but I'm happy to take part as have loads incriminating of evidence against them from my email feeds. Would really appreciate if someone could help me out as I've been completely in the dark for a while now.1

Folks, I'm now perplexed.
Didn't Specters say Landal Belvedere was located in KENT.
Or was it Belvedere Leisure Resorts that said Landal Belvedere was in KENT?
Open this lovely brochure.
Does it look like ******* KENT?

Is there, or is there not, a JV between APPLE (parent of Landal Belv) and BLR?
If you bought through Advantage Investment, perhaps don't alert them, but instead suggest you gather information before suggesting people in positions of authority, like trading standards might contact them.0 -

In the above link, BLR identified Landal GreenParks0 -

Dear JimJames,
Investor Concerns Following Apple Invest UK’s Administration - Specters Solicitors
See paragraph titled Current Landscape; someone is trying to convince investors to look elsewhere by naming Landal Bevedere in Kent. The moniker of Landal Belvedere was donned to a farm called Barncrosh.
Specters summary is wrong and misleading.
If you check with the administrator for Apple (the parent of Landal Belv etc) you will find both farms, incl Landal Barnsoul, were marketed by Falconer, and neither are in in Kent!
Something wilfully incorrect going on.

The statement made by the ambulance chasers is a little ambiguous, so it is not clear exactly to which "Landal Belvedere" they are referring. The assumption here is that it is the holiday park of that name in Scotland. However, it could be another development of the same name from Landal Belvedere Developments Limited, which itself is registered at the same address as Apple Invest (and shares a director). The pdf uploaded a few posts upthread ends with the number 4. Is that their fourth such development and could there be more you don't know about that sit outside the administration? If not, then it could be as jimjames says, a mistake owing to the fact Belvedere is a town in Kent.Others in the thread have commented that this has the signs of a Ponzi scheme, so it would not be surprising for them to be continually bringing new developments online to attract new investors in order to pay the returns of existing investors, until things went wrong...2

I actually looked up the site in Scotland recently, because we used to stay there when it was a family owned farm with converted holiday cottages, and I wondered what it was like now. Only to find that it was now in the hands of property developers. It immediately looked shady because the marketing material was so ‘generic’Fashion on the Ration
