If you invested in Landal Belvedere in 2020 Apple Invest Ltd did not own the site until 2021.

Apple Invest Ltd dir Andrew Anderson has/had a JVA with Belvedere Leisure plc dir Alan McNamara, this JVA  is the subject of the court case.  Among the charges on Apple is The Hollies, Alan McNamara's home which is listed as an Apple asset on the administrator's report.  Also note that there is a planning application in for Barncrosh (Landal Belvedere) with the applicant VCL Developments Ltd dir Branagh McNamara (Alan's son) with Anderson holding 50% of the shares.

A creditors committee needs to be set up by Wednesday 2nd October.  Also there is a What's App group for creditors.

Did Knight Knox not advertise 220 lodges for Landal Barnsoul?
This begs the questions of how many investors exist, how many are late with interest payments, and whether there were other sellers of the scheme beyond Knight Knox, like Advantage Investment, and whether investors of those lodges are receiving interest, how many did Knight Knox sell, and how many did Advantage sell?
So basically, is it just those who purchased via Knight Knox who are affected, or is it spreading further?
I don't see Landal Belvedere filing as being in administration yet, but Apple Invest certainly is, even though they have the same director.
And the JV partner & site developer, where are they? I read something about a successful exit.
Surely Landal Greenparks, the larger corporate umbrella, can help clarify the situation?

Has Knight Knox given a statement yet? Thought not, so started looking into Advantage Investment again, and found both their Scottish lodge offers had disappeared, though there is still a lodge investment being advertised called SWAN LAKE, which seems to have some connection because that developer, VCL Developments, has 50% shareholder (according to Companies House at least) the same Andrew Anderson, who is the director of Apple Invest (in Admin). He's also dir of VCL Developments Group, and many more. So maybe Advantage Investment can help shed some light on why the Scottish lodges have gone, and when investor interest payments will return for Landal Barnsoul and Belvedere, which are NOT in administration, let's be clear on that.

Might also add, I found the farm called Barnsoul, where some lodges (estimated about 30) were developed by Belvedere Leisure Resorts, but for the life of Pi can't find ANY farm called Belvedere, or any lodges. Facts please?!

So, RoChJa_2 I wonder who owned Landal Belv site at the time you invested? Maybe you would be intitled to pursue them for loss, because your investment was before Apple bought. Reckon in 2020 it was owned or conrolled by the Joint Administrator called Moorfields. Seems it has been in admin more than once.

There is something you could look at if you Google -  Legal Notice Belvedere Leisure Resorts plc or Legal Notice BLRplc.  The sites involved are called Landal Barnsoul and Landal Belvedere.  Landal Belvedere is the site, presently agricultural land, called Barncrosh Farm.

I looked, but that Legal Notice you refer to advised contacting Specters, and on their statement it indicates very clearly there are not just 2 farms but a 3rd development site - called Landal Belvedere down in Kent - so you must be wrong.

If anyone lives close to the site near Kent, could they please go along, find it, take pics, and ask questions?

Got it the wrong way round.
BLR says contact McAlster, but Specter says there are 3 sites.
I'm confused.
There does appear to be overlap between physical sites and names of companies.
