  • If you have lost money from their fake investments, please contact the City of London and ask for Operation BANSTEAD.
"The City of London Police Economic Crime department is currently investigating Apple Invest and several associated organisations. It is believed that Apple Invest has marketed investments relating to luxury holiday lodges located in Scotland."

This has been reported in the newspapers, today. I'm not allowed to post links yet but if you Google "Company which owned Scots land earmarked for holiday park subject of major police investigation" you should find it.

They must have upset someone with clout as the police weren't bothered by companies such as LCF or Blackmore enough to investigate them. Even now no criminal charges have been laid against the people behind LCF despite the courts finding them liable to repay millions they took from the company

A timely post, with the FCA today issuing a statement about Blackmore: https://www.fca.org.uk/news/statements/blackmore-bonds-complaints
    £150-250. What an insult!

The full details are here: https://www.fca.org.uk/publication/correspondence/complaint-to-fca-regarding-blackmore-bonds-plc.pdf

Being polite I'd say what a load of tosh. The FCA clearly take no account of the overall picture and are totally focused on the strict interpretation of their rules rather than trying to protect consumers (as we all know). The only document they are making any mention of is the IM rather than considering how the Blackmore website presented the company which gave a very different (and arguably misleading) picture.

Now that's what I call a VERY interesting link mr masonic!
If you examine Companies House on the former company called BPL1 running the place in the photograph called Barncrosh, you will see there is a smallish charge with, coincidentally, the same NCM Fund Services, as well as LARGE MoneyThing charges. Much digging required, though BPL1 was dissolved just a few months ago.
