Thanks @Coupon-mad apologies for all the questions - I do really appreciate all the help:

1. Clear on exhibits ref will update inc Table of Contents in that way and in statement copy as well
2. Apologies I just realised that case is referenced in my paragraph 15 didn't check properly before - see below
have added in (in bold) Exhibit reference no's for the paragraph copy which I will paste in from PE vs Somerfield as No 8
3. I didn't put a link in for Beavis so should that also be referenced in the copy of para 15 with a URL or would it be OK just to have that URL on the exhibit page if referenced in the copy?

15.      In support of my contention that the sum sought is unconscionably exaggerated and thus unrecoverable, attention is drawn to paras 98, 100, 193, 198 of ParkingEye Ltd v Beavis [2015] UKSC67 ('the Beavis case') (Exhibit 07). Also,  ParkingEye Ltd v Somerfield Stores Ltd ChD [2011] EWHC 4023(QB) where the parking charge was £75, discounted to £37.50 for prompt payment. Whilst £75 was reasonable, HHJ Hegarty (decision later ratified by the CoA) held in paras 414-428 (Exhibit 08) that unspecified 'admin costs' inflating a parking charge to £135 was not a true reflection of the cost of a template letter and 'would appear to be penal'.

Do double check with the court. It isn't over until the court says so in a NoD sent to you.

Part way down the NoD, just above the signature, it states, "I certify that I have served a copy of this notice on every other party...........".
