Anyone else having issues with the Jaja app?  I got my new card last week, and was able to set everything up fine, activated my card, even added the card to my wallet, but when I close the app, then go to access it again, it just gets stuck on the opening screen with the Jaja logo.  I deleted the app, logged in fine first time, thought was all good until I went to access again and the same thing happens.

Ring them up & ask if they have issues.

I've had some issues when on WiFi and using ipv6 with their app. Switching to mobile data has fixed it.

Please don't do this, it just wastes the time of staff members who could be helping people with genuine issues, call centre staff either won't know or would just confirm yes (in which case they almost certainly don't know what the ETA is and you can't do anything) or no (so you gained nothing).

Far quicker and simpler simply to look at the service status page:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

As someone who works in a call center, this is exactly what the job entails..

The first thing I done before looking into the issue was look at the service status page, the most obvious thing to do…. But there was no issues reported on there.  Hence why I posted on here to see if anyone else had issues.  Your solution was no help.  Calling the call centre would have been better.  As they would have probably had reports about the app not working for some people on WiFi, just like another poster has stated.

Again, calling the call centre isn't helpful - you could see there was no service problem, therefore indicating it was an isolated issue to your phone. Calling them means an agent can't help a fraud victim or someone with a hardship issue etc because they're telling you the same as you can see on the status page - that there is no known issue, so they have to go through a script telling you to reboot the phone, turn on/off wifi etc all of which are in the account FAQs which can be checked immediately online rather than waiting in a queue

This is a genuine issue, as OP cant access their account. Service is saying working as normal, & clearly not  for OP. So by not calling they are never going to get sorted 👍
I have worked in call centres. The number of waste of time calls that could be solved by reading the site FAQs vs the number of genuine issues was astonishing. The service is saying working as normal - QED 99% the issue is with OP so need to follow standard help guide (as they did, by turning off wifi), so by calling they are never going to get sorted and stop a genuine call being answered 👍👍👍

Where in their help guide does it say turn off WiFi?  I happened to find a random person on here that had a similar problem, so found out from them…
