As mentioned above, its 2 completely different dates and times

The NTK PCN is dated  02/08 for incident 1 date of 13/03 , 08:40 to 08:43

Reminder PCN is dated 14/10 for incident 2 date of 21/05 , 08:47 to 08:50

The incompetence is proven, or its 2 different PCNs, one with the NTK missing and one with the reminder missing

They should have 2 different PCN numbers if its 2 separate incidents

Hey @saviola7 - am I reading these right, these parking 'contraventions' are for stays of less than 3 mins? That doesn't make any sense - surely they can't even issue a PCN in that short a time frame....
    Hi Thorndorise,

Yes they are indeed, both instances less than 3 minutes. Could have been picking someone up, dropping someone off, unloading etc. But both PCNs have come through such a long time after the event i can't recall. There are a number of small business in that enclose and a church.

My point exactly, don't know much about this CUP but honestly it's a shambles.

Just made an interesting discovery not sure if it's significant. When i went on the BPA website and scrolled through the AOS list i noticed CUP are not on the ANPR list. Does this mean they are not registered or authorised to issue tickets via ANPR?

As these PCNs i received are most certainly via ANPR

Just a loose indicator rather than any kind of licence/permission.  Not worth any attention.

ok thanks, well i went on to the BPA website to find out how to lodge a complaint to CUP enforcement came out non the wiser, i assume i will need to send a complaint via email to them. BPA won't get involved without me complaining and exhausting CUP process from what i read on their website.

Click on the Complaints policy in blue, as shown on the screenshot above , the one you posted

However, it fails for me, wanting me to login

I tried a few others and no problems
