Time limit for PCN being issued?

Hi All,

Had a PCN come through the post for an alleged contravention back in March this year, PCN came through a few weeks ago. Is there a time limit for PCN's being issued?

5 months is a long time ago i can't remember if i even made that journey, also note there are no images of my parked vehicle only an image of my vehicle entering and leaving a yard 2-3 minutes apart. The still images below are taken while my vehicle is moving. No images of the vehicle actually parked up.

I will be appealing any advice is appreciated.
TIA!

The DVLA allows parking companies six months after a parking event to retrieve keeper's details from them. The parking company's trade association allows their member another month to get a Notice to Keeper to the keeper.

Send Grizebeck's appeal, they can't do diddly squat if they don't know who the driver is, and their silly threatening letter isn't a threat to you at all it's timed out.

    Thirded. Send that appeal EXACTLY.

DO NOT TICK 'driver' ON THE APPEALS PAGE, OBVIOUSLY.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Hi Coupon mad -

Forgive my ignorance I'm not too clued up on the whole appeal process . How does the letter they sent work in my favour?

I did notice they refer to parking attendant but the PCN was just 2 images from a camera no ticket on the window or images of my car parked up.

What are the next steps for me?

Really appreciate your time and help.

Go back to them and say I won't be providing anything
Reject the appeal and I will beat you hands down at popla.  I don't know why you are even bothering since you simply can't win this. You know that. We at MSE know this.
  • Hi Grizebeck,

    Will do, thanks!
