Anybody Help!

Options
I sent an email to Stellantis Financial Services concerning a claim for hidden discretionary commission, they replied saying they would be in touch and a few weeks later I received an email asking for more information which I gave them.  Stellantis replied asking for further information and when I replied an email was sent sent right back to me saying the account was closed.  I have tried emailing again but get the same message ACCOUNT CLOSED how can an account be closed when I had only just started asking if I am entitled to any claim and Stellantis have been keeping in touch with me up until now.
Anybody else had this and can help me?

What email did you send the original enquiry to?
What email are you trying to send this further info to that is reporting as being closed?
  • originally sent to commissiondisclosure@vauxhall finance.com then I was told by the noreply@salesforce,com email that if I wanted to speed up any claim that I could potentially have to send my reply emails to commissiondisclosure@stellantis-finance.com which I did. Yesterday I received an email from noreply@salesforce.com on behalf of Commissions Disclosure asking for more information which when I replied they sent me an email saying CASE CLOSED and I know it says no reply on the email address but that is the email address I was given and yes I am confused any help would be appreciated.

When you complained, did you complain about a discretionary commission or hidden commission or commission disclosure?    The latter 2 are typically rejected and case closed.   The issue is about discretionary commission.

Where people have referred to more than one of the things, some lenders have broken the complaint up and rejected the hidden commission or commission disclosure complaints and then leave the the DCA side to next year.

  • I complained about the discretionary commission I used the template letter from the Money Saving Expert site just don't understand why they have closed me down when everything was okay and they were replying to my emails and I can't seem to get past this.

Some of us on the forums have been a bit critical off the MSE template because it can lead to confusion.  It includes a subject access request which is pointless.  So, again, certain bits of your request could be shut down whilst the bit that matters just goes in the pile until late next year (or the year or two after depending on legal cases).

  • As I don't know where I stand with my original complaint and if I even still have a case If I were to start a new case using my own words and a different email address would that make the situation worse and if the original complaint is still live would they reject it.

Don't be too worried about it at the moment.   The whole process is closed until September 2025 and even then it could be pushed back again due to legal cases and appeals.     Wait until we are in to 2025 and see if anything else comes through.   There is no fear of timebars as the suspension in the complaints process means they are not being activated.

I've had this too, I've even sent the same email from my works email address hoping it would work but it still replies back as case closed!

PT Networking is a claims company.   Finance companies may employ third party companies to do certain bits of work but they will not employ a claims company that will charge you or take a cut of your redress.

One of the most common frauds with PPI complaints was claims companies cold calling and saying they represented the regulator, or the ombudsman or the Government or the bank etc.    They do not.  You are being missold to if you claim that and you should raise a complaint.
