l stated l had filled the form that Martin said to use, Nissan came back saying we were not charged DCA. I told the young lady this, l also asked what fee would be charged, she replied, Nissan would pay the fee, she forwarded email with forms attached, l have just read the attachments and they are from Financial Reclaims Lawyers, Walkers Preston Lawyers, Blackburn. The forms they want me to sign is to agree if the claim was successful, to charges for their services, which is not what l was told when l asked the question of the young lady from PT Networking.0 -

You are responsible for any fees incurred by using third parties when using the free-of-charge regulated complaints process (i.e. complaint to firm followed by FOS if necessary).
I told the young lady this, l also asked what fee would be charged, she replied, Nissan would pay the fee,. hi, I have received a call from PT Networking today asking why I haven't previously made a claim for compensation on my diesel vehicle. They have sent me a link to sign to authorise them to pass my information onto either Venus Legal or Millburgh Legal to see if I can claim. I have not as yet signed anything as this call came out of the blue.... can you help please, is this a legitimate call, it seems to be a claims company?0
