I was all set to get my free electricity yesterday then we had a power cut… however it was back on in time for todays free hour. At least we could heat the house again! Needed more than an hour but every little helps.1

I noticed that. I wasn't sure if it was a misprint.kingstreet said:Only one hour EV charging credit if on OIG.
I hadn't read the small print of the emails, so missed this. Charged for 2 hours on 7th September and now received the statement showing I paid for 1 hour at full rate. Cost £5.22, refund £3.76. Must learn not to just read the large print on Octopus emails.6.4kWp (16 * 400Wp REC Alpha) facing ESE + 5kW Huawei inverter + 10kWh Huawei battery. Buckinghamshire.1 -

Three hours is tempting, but I always find it's a bit flakey. To opt in Octopus want me to log in, but says my username and password are incorrect. I might already be opted in, but am I confident enough to use a pile of electricity that might end up being charged at peak rate?0

Yes I can log into the account on the web or using the app, but to go to the free electricity page it wants me to login again and won't accept my username/password. If I close that I'm back in my account, still logged in with all data visible. It's not a password problem, it's that page.QrizB said:

Clear cache or try a different browser. Or switch between phone and desktop.Qyburn said:
