Octopus Octoplus free summer energy sessions don't forget to sign up

I've not received any emails at all (not even in spam folder). When I click on the banner, it takes me to the sing up form. I must have filled that in about 5 times in the past week, but still no email confirmation that I joined or invites - I missed the Wednesday session because I did not know about it until after it happened. No idea if I will actually get paid for the session on the 18th (my usage was about 4x the usual for that hour so won't be happy if they don't pay).
I'd send an email to Octopus, but their customer service seems pretty bad, I'm still waiting for a response to an email sent 4 days ago (about something different)...

I've not had any conformation emails to say that I've joined. If anything, the emails from Octopus seem to suggest there is no need to sign up and that the system will automatically calculate above baseline usage and apply a credit within 14 days.

You won't have received any credit for the 17th yet as it says they have up to seven days to confirm how much you've earned, which will be paid within 14 days. 

I am receiving the emails from Pete@Octopus without issue. Have you checked your junk/spam folders to see if they've been mis-classified by your email provider?

The sign up banner still shows in my account but when you click through it says you don't need to register if you've already done so. To me the sign up process feels like a bit of a selotape and string solution, perhaps because they wanted to launch this quickly rather than waiting to build a better system... but it does seem to work properly. 

Never received a confirmation of sign up, but did receive invite to 2nd & 3rd events. As well as a email with my bonus saving for the 1st one.
So clearly signed up. 

Odd that it still asks me to sign up still despite this & never had this issue with the energy saving signup. 
Clearly they are aware of the problem given the 
Psst: if you've already signed up once, you don't need to do it again!

Has anyone received any communication from Octopus regarding the second (Sunday) and third (Wednesday) sessions? 

Having not received confirmation of my sign up, I didn't take part in the first session, but subsequently received an email stating (unsurprisingly) that I had not used any more electricity than normal; however, as I received email notification for the second and third sessions, I did take part, but have heard nothing from Octopus since...

Nothing here. We got a grand total of 20p out of the first one though (DW & WM). Hoping for more from the Sunday one as we ran the oven and the hob at that time as well, which should mean a big use over baseline. We'll see!

Nothing communicated about the 2nd and following sessions, but there were some fairly significant smart metering issues last week that would have delayed data availability.

My tuppence from the first session has now been credited. No discrepancy between the amount credited and stated in the email.

I've not had an email, but got 35p added to my account in addition to the 42p from the first session.
