    Yes that's good. Quite long but valid.

    I suggest you remove the DLUHC and draft Impact Assessment paragraphs in the template defence (middle) because that's old news and we are expecting news and a Public Consultation from the Labour MHCLG soon.

    I will be removing the DLUHC stuff when I get a chance.

    Needs a space after  3.2

    Most of the narrative in your 3.1 should be saved for your WS in several months time,  so IMHO far too much detail for a defence

    A simple statement of what happened, and the relevant legislation?
    The template is pretty long.

    N180 form now received, I will be returning it shortly to the court and Parking Eye.

    Looking on MCOL it says

    "Case Stay Lifted on 04/08/2025"

    So Parking Eye did not reply in time to my defence?

    Yep but that's in the past now. The case continues.
