Doomswell said:Looking at the PCN it seems to comply with POFA Schedule 4 EXCEPT for 92.e.i. There is no invitation to pay. The closest is on the front of the PCN where it says "Payment to be made within 28 days of the date issued", which is not the same thing ?1

I'm puzzled as my PCN seems to have the same "Protection of Freedoms Act" section as the one posted as "POFA compliant" on Coupon-mad 's A thread of Pictures of parking firm NTKs.
Also this is Parking Eye's business, why would they be so careless?
So yes LDast, seems to comply except... is clearly not good enough and does not comply.

Some people seem to believe that PE can do no wrong. Utter tosh. They are as fallible as any of the other vermin.2

Do not try POPLA with this one. I advised you what to do. Trying POPLA stops it working.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Coupon mad, so I should contact parking eye again and not bother with POPLA?
It was four weeks ago today that Parking Eye rejected my appeal, so if I were going to go to POPLA I need to do it today.0 -
Why not try my advice..

@Grizebeck,
The owner Lindsay Heye refuses to admit that he is in any way responsible, apart from being a wonderful human being trying to run a business and providing a car park, the proceeds from which allow him to keep the prices down at his tourist attractions and to provide employment.
I tried again posting on the forum for the butterfly zoo to ask if I could pay for my car using his car park and pointing out that asking for £100 because he was unable to collect £3 was a little greedy, but he has deleted the entire thread, after repeating the same line about the ticket machine and running of the car park not being anything to do with him.
