Oh, sorry, I thought I had read and followed the instructions to the letter - trying to be efficient and now appears the full link would have been better; understood :D

I'm guessing I can't edit my posts either so......

Can't understand why you have redacted so much info, but as stated Horizon are easy to beat if you follow the above, in any case they haven't (unless you have redacted that as well) stated exactly why the charge was issued have they? "Parked in a Parent and Child Bay" is like stating parked in Tesco's Car Park, so what, what does that mean?

This is so easy to win.

Please read again - and act upon - the guidance offered in that thread I linked to earlier.

I predict a cancellation within two weeks.

@LDast sorry, I could swear the newbie thread said to redact all sorts inc dates, amounts etc

@fisherjim apologies as above. They helpfully posted a picture of a blue car park "rules" sign (here comes another link :D ) from which they want you to figure it out for yourself (red circle Parent Child symbol relevance)

@KeithP @Coupon-mad thank you both, had reasoned (but don't like to assume) it was straight onto the Plan B method with the succinct paragraph (Iceland thread/foot of my post/etc)

Can Plan B RK method be done now or does it have to wait to after day 25/26 that was written elsewhere and reminded by GR1PR?

Ideally you get plan A to work long before plan B is needed, because it shouldn't be needed at all, landowners and businesses may have clauses that allow cancellations within the first couple of weeks etc, whereas the plan B is to get the template appeal in by the keeper before the deadline of 28 days, hence day 25 or so.  I would have thought that this was a common sense approach and has been for over a decade on here, nothing new !

Of course you could appeal earlier, but plan A is always the best option, whereas plan B is where plan A is still in play or time is running out.  Sometimes you have to give the oil time to work, but you don't wait until the engine seizes up

Plan B should work, as people have said, but there is no reason to rush , keep on with plan A like the victims did in the thread below ( a retail park, not a supermarket, but same principle )

But do not miss the deadlines

Why not just do it. No more talking about it.
As I said earlier, this can all be over in a week or so.
