Lloyds Group displays the following working day date, but interest is credited on the day of deposit.  Could this be the case with VM? I suppose the only way to find out is to do some maths at the end on this month when the first pay out is made

Is it possible to have a Standing Order from the MPlusSaver account?
I would like to feed the Regular Saver from it, as the MPlus has a better interest rate than the current account.

App says no. Can only set up SO's from current account.

The only savings account on which you can set up SOs is the Chase saver. More often than not, it has a quite decent interest rate, and deposits/withdrawals via Faster Payment are instant.

To cut a long and painful story short I finally was able to open this account today after hours on the phone with the various departments! I have an ongoing complaint under review with Virgin and the guy I spoke to last Friday before the 3pm cut off point notified the sales team that I had been advised my current account was open in time to apply for the saver. I was still having ID issues with them even opening the account on the phone, so will be updating the complaint accordingly!

I have this account and have just had my first statement through. I hope I'm wrong but in very small but bold print it implies that the 10% only refers to the first £500 and anything you pay in after that doesn't earn any interest at all????

Somebody please tell me I've misread it.......!?
