This has all been a c@@k-up since they tried to merge neat-ideas and (iirc) Office World into their systems.

I have every confidence that they'll return to that level of service eventually - but for now I agree with the general consensus - don't touch em with a barge pole!

it's the utter contempt they seem to be showing towards the customer that gets me.

Simply ignoring emails and making people wait for over half an hour on the phone, being told they've been put through to the wrong dept. etc etc.

they're a bunch of muppets

i'd urge everyone to send an email to each of the addresses above - at least that way they get snowed under and it'll teach them a lesson if nothing else.

Made an order with Staples on 17th October, suposed to be dispached 30 th Nov, still not arrived, they have debited my c/c. Have chased order four times since placing. They have just phoned me this afternoon to say they will have to cancel my order as they don`t know where it is, so I won`t be getting a set of surround speakers for Christmas!!!!!

Had a spare hour in work last week and phoned CS. Took the full hour to get through. Eventually ended up getting the CD player and a box of pens for 64p with no p+p!! Not bad. Will definitely use them again (NOT!!!!!!!!!!)

i just don't have the time to phone them so i'm still waiting.

i've sent hundreds of emails (several to each of those addresses listed above) and have yet to have any response: they just don't seem to care.

So if anyone else is in my position keep emailing them AND copy and paste your email a 'few' times. My last email 'accidentally' took up a 'few' megabytes - so i'm hoping they'll eventually take notice.

Terrible company - I ordered this two weeks ago and they duly charged my credit card but have heard nothing since. So today I find they've refunded half the money....so I rang them and was told ALL customer's orders had been cancelled due to a stock take...EH???? Couldn't explain why I'd only had half the money refunded and then said I could come back on 4th jan to place my order again....I think that'll be a no thanks!!

I received the blank cds i ordered 6 weeks after i placed the order and no mention of the Speakers. I feel like complaining will be a waste of time, maybe when i have more time i will give it a go. :-[
