I'm in the process of putting together the appeal.
Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question
Do I still use the template? Or do I only mention the points that have been made in this post from @Coupon-mad, @LDast, @fisherjim?0 -
First stage appeal - use the template.
POPLA - throw the kitchen sink at it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

For POPLA put the strongest points first if they see one winner, they don't bother with the rest.

I can see several different appeal templates for various parking companies, which one should I use and then modify to add the points stated in my post?0

The closest recent match or similar, especially if it was the same parking company1

Study the Popla decisions thread, starting at the end and work backwards
If you don't find a UKPC one, use something similar from other BPA companies2 -

Found this appeal template which I plan to use - https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/9xdjt9a6mw7hvp0h5a3yn/Appeal_stage2_POPLA_ECP_draft5.pdf?dl=0&e=2&rlkey=a0y6xxd5a5z6kpbzst33tuqwi
Having read the template, in my case do I omit sections 1, 7, 8 and 9 ?0 -
That is a POPLA appeal relating to a PCN that occurred seven years ago! Very old and it had horribly bad English at the start and pointless appeal points at the end.
