NSD today (had the car washed but that came out of my monthly cash and bought groceries but they don’t count 😊) so I think I am at target 😊
KKAs at 15.10.25:
- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £229,702
- OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
Read 59books of target 52 in 2025, as @ 18th October

Not one for me, I mentioned ages ago two small paintings a friend of mine sold during a fundraiser, he's only now just told me the cost + shipping, so I paid him today. Back in the saddle tomorrow.
