Hi can someone tell me if carparks are supposed to advertise a grace period in relation to overstaying?
No, they don't have to advertise that fact.

You are in the land of unregulated PPC's they do or don't do as they please, and make it up as they go.

Yes vetr true fisherjim.  I ask because the template I need to submit states the following

"If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner."

Yes.  A grace period will have been discussed with the landowner, if the PPC was professional. Hence why you ask.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Success for the Claimant, or success for the Defendant?

Anyway, how does what has happened in the past affect your case?

The defendant.  I'm asking so I can make a decision about which direction I go next.  If most defendants lose then I'm not going to bother to wasting my time going to court.
