    Under no circumstances send that.

You state "I decline your invitation to name the driver" and then go on to identify the driver by saying "I only overstayed by 25 minutes".

Why are you not using the template appeal?

Wow. I just need some help getting to the right place and I feel like I'm being verbally abused on here.  I used the link and it took me to this template.  If you don't want to help me that's ok but please don't have a go at me because I can't find the information as you.

Can someone kindly just add the link please.  If not I'll just pay the fine.

    Thank you in advance.

I used the link and it took me to this template.
Please show us what you mean? We don't know how you found that bad version.

The link to page 1 is at the top of the page.   Then you read the NEWBIES thread.

Please don't take this personally no one is abusing you on here but you are not taking it in, you are still calling this invoice a "fine".
The real abuse (which you should also take with a pinch of salt) will come from debt collectors who really are Muppets.
For goodness sake don't pay these idiots they are just in it for lazy money.

Thanks fisherjim.  I suffer from anxiety and so a little pannicked by all of this.  I've have now found the newbies thread which was at the top as pointed out by Coupon-mad which I couldn't see for looking.  I will read it tomorrow with a little calmer head.

Thank you and have a good evening.

In my case, the £100 charge you are asking for far exceeds the cost to the landowner of £1.  The fee is £100 but I only overstayed by 25 minutes.  I therefore feel the charge you have asked for is excessive.
You do not want this sentence!  If it is an overstay that was claimed, it was the driver not the keeper!

Hi can someone tell me if carparks are supposed to advertise a grace period in relation to overstaying?
