Hi @Coupon-mad thank you for your advice.
Can I check that this is the correct YouTube video for the VCS vs carr hearing? Thank you.

Yep. Poor Mr Craggs.
Watch it and learn, and laugh!
BTW local court hearings are not like that.

Phew! That's a relief! For a moment I thought I'd put the wrong link into my witness statement!

Hi everyone. @Coupon-mad
So I've just come out of the court. We won!
I would like to feedback that dcbl actually sent a representative though. It was fine.
The judge agreed that it was a mandatory set aside based on the fact that I had emailed an up-to-date address directly to Euro car parks and that this had been confirmed that it was linked to the original PCN.
He then awarded the cost of the set aside, £313, Which is payable within 21 days.
So The ccj was set aside, the case dismissed and my cost awarded.
I just wanted to thank everyone for their support over the last couple of years with this, for bearing with me with all my questions and for all the advice and guidance you have given me. We deeply appreciate the support.

Brilliant! Well done. County court is an interesting life experience too.
You've cost them c£500 as they have to pay for that rep as well as your costs, so you really got your revenge and turned the tables on them!
Enjoy the hopefully sunny weekend…
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
