Thank you. That's great. I've edited to this. Do you feel we are ready to go now?

    @Coupon-mad

Good morning. I'm in the process of preparing and printing all the Exhibits for the witness statement. I'm hoping to send the form draft order and witness statement today or tomorrow.

When it comes to the actual hearing, will I be reading directly from the witness statement or do I need to prepare something else? Thank you.

Also, when it comes to the N244 form, and it asks for the claimants name and reference number, do I just include the reference number that's on the letters they've sent me from DCBL? (Not DCB Legal) Ie. The debt collection letters?

it also asked for my name and reference number. Do I put the same reference number? Thank you

No. Just put the claim ref as their ref. The case has nothing to do with DCB Ltd.

    No ref needed for you!

Re the hearing I find it helps your focus enormously, to write out bullet points as a crib sheet. You won't be allowed to just read out the full WS because the judge should have read that, and they just want to hear you summarise the issues, dates and facts.

    Really push the costs.

You MUST NOT be left out of pocket.

Ok, cool. Thank you. Once I get a date, I may post the bullet points just to check I've got it correct if that's ok. Does it take a while to get a hearing date? Thank you

    Hi again everyone. @Coupon-mad

I'm just checking that I have the correct address to send the N244 form. Is it:

    St. Katharine's House

    21-27 St. Katharine's Street

    Northampton

    NN1 2LH

Also, I can't seem to find where I'm supposed to pay the fee for the set aside? I've tried web chat and calling but can't get through currently. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

You aren't posting it or it'll disappear into a black hole because that's a massive shared admin centre with other offices.

All the CNBC email addresses are in a black box in the Template Defence first post.

Send it to their fees email then phone up to pay the fee.

Think so. Either applications or the fees email will do.
