Hi everyone. I sent in my set aside application via email on 16th February. In people's experience I wondered how long it takes for the court to come back to you? Do they send replies via post or should I be looking out for an email? They acknowledged receipt of the application pack, but I've not heard anything yet. I'm hearing a lot in the news about the postal service not delivering letters so was just slightly concerned. Thanks everyone!

Have you rung them to pay the fee?

Everything arrives by post but I would ring the CNBC to see if they have allocated it out to your local court yet.

Applications are supposed to be prioritised.

Hi there everyone. We have spoken to CNBC twice now and sadly the application hasn't been processed still. We are now 5 weeks since the application was sent in. They have told me that they have a backlog and that if it hasn't been processed in another 1 to 2 weeks that we should resend it with the word unprocessed in capitals in the subject line. Hoping to get this sorted ASAP. I will keep you updated.

Send it again early next week with that heading. Don't accept their timeline as it is unreasonable.
