Thanks all who offered advice on this thread. For others in a similar situation just wanted to let you know that I started the process of the s75 when I submitted this post, today I received all my money back - so good news. We did have a few odd situations arise with fitters and managers of stores, although I do believe the majority was coming from a good place, (fitters in particular are losing a lot in this situation!) but a few people were trying to give us part flooring or still come fit and wait for other parts to come etc etc. we ordered for an entire home so a lot of flooring to have ordered, we declined it all as it got very complicated and at every turning any guarantee or warranty was null and void so any errors were our own to correct from this point and not what we signed up for.Carpet right failed to order most of the right stuff too it seems. And the stuff that they had got in was not in the right quantity. I would suggest to anyone to just try and get your money back at this stage, regardless of any historic situations this current one is pretty dire as a customer, seems a lot of ‘last orders’ were rushed through in an absolute state of panic for a deadline.I used the detail on the Carpetright website as leverage with my bank to essentially say ‘what else do you need to investigate for me to get a refund?… As carpet right have put in writing to claim back via banks?’ And by this morning I had the note to say the money is being refunded.I wish all others luck if still in the situation. Not fun but with protection there, there is lots of hope to at least getting back to square one!3

S75 will take months to sort out. As they are still trading & could possibly be bought outLife in the slow lane0 -
Can you still use S75 if the order was for carpet, underlay and grippers? My bank has offered chargeback but I also used £200 of vouchers when I paid for my order so I wondered if S75 would get me them back too.0

How were they obtained? Some voucher sites constrain responsibility in this type of situation.
What terms & conditions did the vouchers have?
Do you know yet that the items your ordered will not be supplied?1 -
My order will not be supplied because my local store has closed and the website says orders will not be supplied. They were Carpetright vouchers that were purchased by me through a work scheme. I am not sure the terms and conditions on them but will try to see as they were evouchers. Any advice would be helpful, thanks to you for replying @sheramber @Grumpy_chap0
