Well done on the NSD. Hope work is not as bad as you think. How was your veg box?
With the clothes I would keep what you love & will wear and maybe just choose one or two at a time to sell / get rid of. If you will definitely not wear them then bag / box them up out of sight and see if you could live without them. I find this helps me not overload my brain with parting with too much at once and if I can get used to not seeing them it is easier to donate/ sell them.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

I have spent £5 on necessary food today. I didn't buy any coffee. I went to the ice cream shop as I really fancied a sorbet but the queue was way too long. A successful day.35 NS&I

The veg box was nice. I have butternut squash for baking and eating with rice, might make a risotto with it, leek for leek and feta risotto, aubergine for babaganoush and some baby new pots for potato salad or something. I try to follow a heart healthy diet as I used to smoke, but it's not easy!35 NS&I

Bought one coffee at work yesterday, £2.65 so not too bad. I've had caffeine this morning and don't need any food so might manage a no spend day today. I'm going swimming tomorrow but I can book that tomorrow.
My regular saver is mounting up nicely. It's my dream to use it to fund the purchase of a one bedroom flat but I expect it'll get spent on tooth implants, washing machines and repairs to my current flat. The exciting thing about life is that you never know what's round the corner.

Its such a great feeling to be out of debt. For shopping, I find that when I see something I want but don't genuinely need, I will put it down and walk away and tell myself I will come back and get it before I go home. 90% of the time I actually don't go back!
Coffee -have you worked out how much you spend on it in a year? What else could you buy with that money? I would try only to buy coffee when out with a friend, if you are out alone take a flask. Even at an average of £2 a day on coffee that's over £700 a year you could buy something you want with or pay your heating bill0 -
I spend around £1.5k a year on coffee by my maths. I cannot afford that.

I didn't get on the Santander MBA Essentials course. That's ok! I gave it my best shot.
Just popped to Asd@. Spent £18.51. I saw a friend of mine who I'd lost touch with coming out of the shop. We're going to get dinner. He's worth every penny I'll spend. I also booked a haircut and a brow tint. A brow tint is only £25 although written down it looks like more than I thought.
Not keen on this weather. Definitely the dog days of summer.
I got coffee from the expensive cafe near me. It was £3.60. I got decaf. I know that's clutching at straws.
Just watching a couple of films on Netflix.35 NS&I

Back to work today. Just drinking a decaf coffee (free) and watching Channel 4 on TV (also free).
I have a pending balance of £17.50 in my V/nted. I've sold about 5 things. I don't think I'd ever worn any of them. That will certainly help plus it's freed up space on my wardrobe rail. I can't decide whether to leave it to shop on Vinted with, and say I can only spend what I earn, or withdraw it and spend it on life.35 NS&I

Just chilling before work listening to whale sounds (free). It's my new favourite relaxation technique.
Work was a bit grim yesterday really. One more day to the weekend. I'm not doing much. I don't know whether to go to my knitting group. It's still fairly hot and I don't really feel like it but I do want to start my next project.
I had baked butternut squash, buttered rice and steamed courgettes for dinner last night. I wasn't looking forward to it but it was actually so delicious. The courgettes were yellow ones. Same again tonight. I think a little bit of butter on rice does elevate it at least if it's brown rice. White rice doesn't need butter in my opinion.

At the weekend. So grateful I don't work weekends any more. Just finishing a film (Chef) on Netflix. I have to get a birthday present for my friend and send it later, plus print a knitting pattern at the library. Mustn't buy anything else in town as we're at that time of the month.
I went to Asd@ last night. I only spent £5 and £2.50 of that was on a gift card. So a cheap trip. I got gherkins for potato salad, houmous for lunches and some decaf coffee.
I've lost 2lb more. Very surprised at that as I haven't been especially dieting and I had a cake at lunch yesterday.35 NS&I
