we are a party of 10, the wedding is at 3pm and would like to go to one of the buffet style meals after the wedding.
dont really want to spend more than $30 a head,just need a nice place for photos etc.

It is your wedding, so why not go to either Bellagio or Wynn. If you get in before 4 at the Bellagio it wil stil be lunch and be $20 plus tax or after that about $28 plus tax. The Wynn lunch finishes earlier so you prob looking at $32 plus tax. See attached link for prices and reviews0 -

And if youre lucky, theres a friendly MSE Vegas Thread person there at the same time who will take some photos for you, rather than having the groom left out of half the photos.illegitimi non carborundum0

I was thinking same thing photome......Bellagio would be my second choice after Wynn, purely because of the outdoors photo opportunity on the golf course.....I dont know what there is at Bellagio.illegitimi non carborundum0

November/DecemberThe problem that you will have with the buffet is the queue and secondally that people will all be getting food at different times and you will not all be seated together unless you get people to wait and then some peoples food will get cold. I would think very carefully about a buffet have a look at the peppermill you can easily get a great meal there for $20 a head and its retro chicIts Vegas time -no longer :T a five year old has changed Vegas time to Orlando time0

SeptemberQuick question about tipping valet parking, as this is the first time we've had a car in Vegas. Stoneman - did you say tip only on collecting your car? And how much should I tip? $2? $5?Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0

We're thinking about going to the UNLV Rebels college football game on Thursday 13th, picking up tickets once we're in Vegas. Couldn't find many sport events around our dates.
Here's a link if it helps;

EDIT - We've just bought our tickets. $73.25 for the 2 of usLove MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0 -

I used to tip $2 when picked up but have to hold my hands up now and admit I only tip $1!!! I counted the times I tipped on one trip and it cost me over $60. I fold the note over into thirds and just hand it to the valet, they never undo it to see how much you have tipped anyway
As for the football, be prepared for a long day, 4 hours from kick off to final whistle no problem. You will be seeing almost as good as pro players, a lot these guys will be drafted into the big leagues within a couple of years. I played up to sophomore year at high school before moving over here, so any tips you might want on what to watch out for PM me. You picked a great game to go to, Wyoming are one of the best teams in the country, and the devils beat Arizona state earlier in the year, who are also a good team.The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0 -

the valets ect pool all tips , so no person misses out, hence only tip when you get your car back. as always it's your choice , but a few $$ is what i usually tip .I'm off to Vegas in Dec and I've stumbled across this web site www.lasvegasnightclubdeals.com, it says on there you can get entry into pretty much every club for $10 with q jump!
When I was in vegas last year, I found most clubs were generally $30 to get into, but sometimes more depending on the night which certainly adds up!
So does anyone know anything about this company or have used them before? The saying goes, if something looks too good to be true, it usually is! However, if this is legit, seems a bit of a bargain to me!
If this has been brought up before on this thread then appologies, but any advice would be appreciated!
it has and there have been negative reports . it might well do what it says on the tin, for only $10 it's got to be worth a tryBetter in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0
