Is there a way of checking that they've received your acceptance of the offer. I never received any confirmation that they had received it?
If you log in again using the id numbers in the letter you will see the date of your acceptance in red letters .

80% voted in favour so it'll be delisted and those who don't tender their shares or sell before it's delisted on c.02/06/25 will own shares in an unlisted company.

Yesterday's RNS announcement states that the tender offer is still open, though:

"The Offer remains open for acceptance until further notice and IDS Shareholders who have not yet accepted the Offer are urged to do so as soon as possible.

    ...

Under UK Listing Rule 21.2.13R, IDS announces that the notice period for the cancellation of listing and trading of the IDS Shares has now commenced and cancellation of listing and trading of the IDS Shares is expected to take effect no earlier than 8.00 a.m. on 2 June 2025."

Do you recall when we will be paid for the shares we've given up?

See upthread: "within" 14 days of the offer becoming unconditional so it should be at anytime between now and 14/05 but these things always depend on the vagaries of brokers, registrars and the banking system.

Thanks. My broker has closed my account as it's the only holding I have with them so I'm unable to see anything online. But I'll call them on the 14th May.

I've never logged in, it was a paper form I sent in the post with my certificate.

Got mine today too, thanks for the heads up.

Added it straight to my S&S ISA which is the same place my proceeds of sale will go when it pays out too. Amazing how the markets have bounced back since the Trump tariffs and much better to have funds diversified than purely in RM / IDS
A big believer in karma, you get what you give :A

If you find my posts useful, "pay it forward" and help someone else out, that's how places like MSE can be so successful.
