Ok thanks for your help so far. I'll await the Iceland response for now, and perhaps put in the Blue text appeal tomorrow. Will be back to update.1

Ok, I won't bother then. I'll just await Iceland response for now. Thanks.2

When/if Iceland come back with a knock-back, just remind them that other food outlets are available and, if they insist that you pay, tell them you will be using one of the alternatives, as neither you nor your friends and family can afford £100/£170 surcharges!5

It's funny you should say that actually, because just yesterday evening I emailed Walker with all those points in there, as I've still not heard back from Iceland. I explained that I enjoy shopping in Iceland, but if this is not dealt with as promised by customer services, then I will not be able to shop there again, and I'll advise friends and family to do the same. I added that I will also look in to informing the media as these car park crooks shouldn't be allowed to operate as they do.4

So Iceland are refusing to do anything about the parking charge, and there is no option to appeal the charge online. What do you think I should do now? I can't even inform excel that no NTK was received?0

Just wait now - as per newbees thread.
ignore debt collection letters until you receive a court claim letter.2 -
Ok. And what is my best defence?
No keeper liability due to non POFA compliancy?
It's also clearly not a genuine pre-estimate of costs. Also I think the car park sign terms and conditions are too small. Can't be read from in the car0 -
The newbees thread has a number of examples of wheat should go into your witness statement and defence - you need to take the parts that are applicable to your case1
-
If you were the driver ( don't tell us here. ) then POFA doesn't help a driver at all , meaning that the parking company will likely pursue you on the basis that it is likely that you were the driver, UNLESS you can truthfully deny it
POFA can help a non driving keeper
The not a genuine pre estimate of loss died a death in the Barry Beavis case 9 years ago
Signage, terms and conditions, no landowner authority all feature in every defence1
