But it's not about them 'supporting' a claim. It's logging a complaint to get a reference number. That's all.GotMeAFine said:
Apologies, I wasn't referring to the chargeback being to do with the council but more the fact that Action Fraud are government based much like Nottingham council and as CPS are supported by said council it'd probably be in AF's interests not to support any claims.Coupon-mad said:PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The council own the land, but Nottingham Trams Limited/Tramlink Nottingham Limited (the current concessionaire of the NET tram service) are private companies and operation of the car park is ultimately their responsibility. The only relevance of Nottingham City Council is that it seems to be a bylaw of theirs that NET are relying on to justify this atrocious practice.0

That's great if that's the case, I'll be doing it later once I'm home and in possession of the receipt.Coupon-mad said:

I would question whether Nationwide will swallow it when they specifically asked for a crime reference number from 111, but if they do then great!0 -
You say i have got a reference number as requested and take it from there.
It has been reported etc etc2 -
Bear in mind virtually every bank will fob you off. If half give up that's a 50% saving for them.
Even rock solid Section 75 credit card cases usually take multiple attempts.
