Have you received a N1 Claim Form from the CNBC in Northampton? That is the usual process when a small claim is made against you.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Is that an email or text message? How have HMCTS got your email address/mobile phone number? I'm not sure how genuine that communication is. Perhaps @Grizebeck might have seen it before?caspre12 said:
