    Wondering if someone can have a look and see if it looks fine.

    I received back the SAR from HX, there is no LBC but they do note the matter was passed to Gladstones solicitors who will also hold data about me.

    Just sent in my DQ. Is it normal that I have not received a rebuttal of my defence at this stage?

    In a previous case I believe I had received a long rebuttal by ParkingEye at this stage.

    ParkingEye normally respond to a defence, if they filed the claim in-house.
