    Looks good.

Needs all mentions of 'the Defendant' changed to "I" and I wouldn't have an American Z in 'recognised'.

And it must be no more than 50 pages so maybe remove a few of the older 'strike out' judgments (NOT removing Chan or Akande!).
The link to Chan and Akande only is Chan_Akande

I see you have deleted the Napier signs from your WS  -  so why did you include them and where did you get them from?

But they must only relate to @imulsion's case?

    Yes I've removed them now.

Lost my case today. The judge did remove £60 or so of excess costs but I'm liable to pay £214.

I'm not really a user of credit so was considering just taking a CCJ. But the only thing it could impact me on is the price of car insurance, does anyone know if it really affects that?

Oh, bad luck - but at least £214 has cost them money (no profit there after factoring in court fees) and isn't much more - for you - than the £160 debt demands that they presumably bombarded you with.

Strange for a Judge not to be persuaded by Chan and Akande. Gladstones claims do breach Part 16 so that argument should have been persuasive.

It only affects your car insurance in that it would mean you'd have to pay annually and couldn't do it by monthly credit. I usually pay annually and the price is the same or cheaper.

Thanks. Ah I was wondering if car insurance firms see it on a soft credit check and then of course you look like a risk-taker type and they may quote you higher.

The judge really just disregarded much of it calling it "the technical parts of your defence" and focused in on did the driver pay. I got a difference judge to the one who previously struck out the claim.

At the hearing I was told I will owe £214 and some pennies I can't recall. Will I be sent a bill or otherwise payment instructions? I was told I had 14 days to pay.

No bill. Phone up the solicitor or pay on their portal online.
