@LDast I like the sound of that however is that amount of antagonism appropriate? Serious question happy to say that as long as it isn’t going to cause more problems down the line haha0
-
Nothing wrong with that bespoke appeal by Ldast, it encompasses both issues in one3

If you are doubting it, you don't know the rogue parking industry! You must have seen my quotes from MPs in the NEWBIES thread? Parliament didn't hold back!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD3 -

These companies are run by Scumbags, who do not care about you, the stress they cause, or bullying you into paying. So , whilst I appreciate in keeping matters civil. Be professional, but you are under no obligation to be NICE.5 -
You do realise that this whole sorry industry is based on extracting exorbitant fees after they have set up traps to catch people out with any made up terms and conditions they can think of, and they don't care how they do it.They actually want you to break their silly rules they don't actually manage anything it's their only source of income, they are not Mr Cuddly John Lewis, they are not nice people at all!4

Ok I will go with it. I have no problem with being sharp haha. I recently got a parking charge overturned independently of this forum without any help. Granted I was 100% in the right unlike this time. It was an error with daylight savings on their part. But my initial appeal was a mix of the facts and some abuse and insults about their morals and competence. They denied my appeal but popla came through for me. I didn’t know if my antagonising comments maybe overshadowed the facts in my previous case. But ok if the people here say it’s all fair game I will go with it0

Oh one other thing if I use this particular appeal, should I add anything? Perhaps the template paragraph about asking for them to provide all their evidence? To make it more tedious for them? Or just stick to the original?0

No additions, just use the appeal by Ldast as is , appealing as keeper, do not reveal who was driving3
