many thanks for making the call.10_66 said:
I've just spoken to someone at Kent Reliance. I was advised that this new account can only be applied for on the "new platform" (ie, not the 10 digit number, but the user ID), and that applies to all new account issues that become available. I asked why they weren't migrating existing customers over to the new platform instead and I was told that they are going to be doing this, but they don't know when this will occur, but might be in October. Apparently, they're going to be sending out an email explaining this.10_66 said:
I've just tried opening this account and though they're showing Easy Access Issue 1 prior to logging on, when I'm logged on and go to open accounts, the only version showing is the previous Issue 83. I've tried another browser, but get the same problem.Bridlington1 said:@soulsaver
Kent RBS Iss83 4.41% appears to have gone NLA.
Replaced by their Easy Access Savings Account Issue 1 at the same rate.
I just found on their help pages the Q&A below - so it looks like i'm off to apply as a new customer!
it turns out that when applying for the account as a new customer, once I entered my name and dob, the system recognises that I am already a customer, so I had to confirm existing email and mobile details with OTP codes... new login details (with a username) arrived by email in less than a minute and can now login... I must admit this new online service layout of theirs looks very very basic!
I’m an existing customer with a User Identification Number and I’m trying to open a Fixed Rate Bond or an Easy Access Savings Account – why am I being asked to register for Online Services again?
Our Fixed Rate Bonds and Easy Access Accounts are now available on our new Online Services system. If you wish to open one of these products, you’ll need to register for our new Online Services by completing our quick, easy registration process.
You’ll still need your existing login details to access any other accounts you may hold, until we can move all products to our new Online Services over time.

@soulsaver Family BS Online Saver (11) 4.52% is now NLA to new customers.
I did manage to open an account today as an existing customer, but I don't know how long that will be possible for.3 -
They did put it UP from 4.60% to 4.75% in March at a time when interest rates were falling (admittedly having cut it from 4.85% the previous month).MichaelAP said:Atom Instant Saver Reward ~ Rate reduction received. Information in the App only at the moment.

Is the new platform NSS like Charter use?0

I have their Online Saver 9. It’s still paying 4.6%. I’ve been waiting for a cut the past few weeks but nothing so far.janusdesign said:@soulsaver Family BS Online Saver (11) 4.52% is now NLA to new customers.

Hi, looking at Cahoot to put some money in, can someone tell me what the withdrawals are like? Is it instant, or does it take a while?0

they will be instant (at any time).SeriousHoax said:Hi, looking at Cahoot to put some money in, can someone tell me what the withdrawals are like? Is it instant, or does it take a while?2 -
Instant….all Faster Payments.SeriousHoax said:Hi, looking at Cahoot to put some money in, can someone tell me what the withdrawals are like? Is it instant, or does it take a while?1 -
Sounds like Cahoot is now the best place for savings if Atom is paying just 0.05% more for restricted withdrawals.

Snoop is paying 4.6%, but it's not as convenient. Withdrawals and deposits aren't instant and you can't make payments to other savings accounts directly from Snoop.pazza2000 said:Sounds like Cahoot is now the best place for savings if Atom is paying just 0.05% more for restricted withdrawals.1
