I've missed out on being the first post in this thread but just so this is near the top (I'll settle for 5th):

I doubt there will be just yet. The old EA thread was closed and restarted because of a technical issue which cropped up exclusively on the EA thread. AFAIK this issue hasn't occurred on the other threads (yet) so the threads you mention don't need to be restarted.
