Please avoid the horrible Americanism 'reaching out'. If it drives us pedantic lot mad, it'll no doubt drive a curmudgeonly Judge madder!
Don't call them 'the Claimant'. They are the C (in-house claim) so say "you" or "your firm".
DO NOT copy in the notoriously bullying debt collector third party DCB Ltd.
Claim number at the top and attach your previous sent email.
Don't send business emails at the weekend.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No, surely not! What does that even mean? Are you standing outside with your arms upraised. Don't you mean "contacting you for (what I hope will be) the final time"?Stressed_Out_VG said:I am reaching out for the final time to invite the Claimant to join with me in an application to set aside the judgment and dismiss the claim, with the Claimant paying the court fee and no order as to costs.

PE Ltd emailed me back yesterday with the following response.

So a flat no , go forth and multiply response, but pay the judgment too response, only to be expected, so if that was plan R for Resolution, you are on the alternative plan S , a contested Set aside , as seen in the latter half of the email you sent shown above in black3

Yes - now crack on with a N244 (must be done promptly: the Judge will look at that) and copy from the WS and Draft Order seen in the thread by @ZbubumanPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A heads-up - the exemplar WS etc stated above is for an IPC AoS member. If you have to refer to Code of Practice you should be using/quoting the BPA CoP.

I found a WS & Draft Order done by @Char_LoT3 that I am using: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6508757/out-of-the-blue-ccj-debt-letter-for-an-alleged-pcn-dcbl-uk-parking-control-ltd/p41505grandad said:A heads-up - the exemplar WS etc stated above is for an IPC AoS member. Don't use that WS, it is an old version. Use the one in my thread which has more recent relevant case law and presents a stronger case. ( I fell into the same trap myself when i first stumbled on this forum and chose a WS which appeared easy to understand at the time).Stressed_Out_VG said:
