  • Sent and paid for, third application against these bottom feeders...

I have added an order for the three claims to be consolidated into one and reasonings behind it in my covering email, have also pointed out that I have now paid £909 in court fees for claims which share the same PoC's. I truly hope that a judge that picks up this case sees the facts for what they are, a waste of courts time and undue financial strain on myself for a kick...

Hope so. It's an abuse of the court process.

I have just received an email from CNBC (Civil National Business Centre), telling me that they haven't yet processed my first two N244's due to them being over 50 pages long and have requested me to print them out and send to them by post.

Does anyone have any advice on this? I used the template defense when I originally submitted these defenses and I didn't add a whole lot more so I'm assuming more people on this forum have been met with the same response from CNBC.

Same for most courts, the limit is 50 pages

Usually people cut it down to 50 or less and email them with the revised version

    Otherwise

You would print and post at your own expense,  which was the old way of submitting paperwork ( or they were hand delivered by a courier or the person that wrote them   )

Thanks for the quick reply, one more query from me, is it 50 pages in total (including witness statement, draft order, exhibits and so on...) or is 50 pages maximum per document uploaded?

That's madness because just the exhibits from CHAN & AKANDE are 40 pages long...

Most people use the judgments link provided by Le Kirk on here, I dont think that you need the whole transcripts,  but I defer to others here on that score   ( I have not seen others complaining that they are 40 pages,  although maybe they are if the whole transcripts are used  )

Courts have printing limits for good reasons, it's not madness,  it's cost  !

My brother used to work as a motorbike courier and regularly got jobs taking bundles from lawyers etc until maybe 10 years ago.   Email and attachments seemed to become prevalent when covid hit,  prompting changes in the system

Use Le_Kirk's Chan and Akande link instead.

Remind us why a defence went in with a N244? Is your case the one that's not about a wrong address being used?

Don't use the Judgments link but instead use the recently created Chan_Akande
