I have just received a letter from the court which confirms the dismissal of my appeal to set aside the 3rd claim, however, it states that the claim form was sent to "XXXX address" and that address is WRONG! The court paper has my wrong address in it, I'm beyond the 21 days to appeal but I've contacted contestor legal which have just gotten back to me but I think I can file for a notice of appeal as this is damming new evidence, I was under the impression that the judge knew that it was sent to the correct address and it wasn't until I receive the letter today that it confirmed that they sent it to the wrong address...
I hope Jackson Yamba turns this around for you!

I did not go through the appeal as I have drained way too much money on all three claims and could not pour more into constestor legal without being sure the case would be won.

However, I had yet another hearing for the first two claims which the claim form were sent to the wrong address. I WON! And the judge awarded me both application fees 🥰

    That's great! A proper judge.

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

It might not be too late to use the x2 fee refunds to pay Jackson to appeal, if that other judge has wrongly left you with a CCJ. Better to try now - ask Contestor Legal if it's possible - than regret it for years whilst burdened by a CCJ that should have been removed.

The judge made an error re the address. I think that means it must be overturned.

When I spoke to mr Yamba, he mentioned that the judge could’ve made an error in the letter ONLY and that they did in fact have the correct address.

The letter of appeal alone would’ve cost me £400 + application fee of £150, and it is not guaranteed that it would be overturned so I am inclined to accept a satisfied CCJ and wait it out… I of course wish I had just gone with paying for the first CCJ within the month and have that cleared off my name but here we are…
