Hello
I meant to post earlier, but I forgot. Again.
Non work day, so it has rained, obviously. Not all the time, but annoyingly on and off. Bedding changed but hung indoors as it was too tedious to hang it outside. Upstairs dusted and vacuumed, bathrooms cleaned. All done just as DSis and DBiL arrived. Went out for lunch at the village pub, treated them which now counts as DBiL’s forthcoming birthday present, so a win-win. Talked through some of my anxieties with my sister, which made me realise that I actually need to address this.
HHI, gh looked at. Everything looking sad. It all desperately needs sun. And some warmth. The pots that I planted a week or so ago are slowing giving up. After I nurtured the plant babies since the beginning of the year as well.Round - go for it. Nothing to lose, all to gain. Oh yes, and I have gained 2lb this week, so I am looking firmly in your direction 🤣8 -
hallway and LR straightened and vacuumed. Notice board equipment gathered together, notice board sorted inc removing stupid stickers using shavehook and WD40. Board re backed and notices put up. popped to Mr

Morning
Round, apply and see what happens. I am working on CBT to stop myself from assuming negative outcomes with everything in my life, which feeds my anxiety, so that's my mindset at the moment!
Up early, needed the loo and no point going back to bed for half an hour.
A full on day at the paid stuff today but some work to do that is quite enjoyable. It's wet, cold and dark here. I am back on antibiotics or the UTI so really hoping it clears up this time.
I did a bit of flying last night so the house is tidy but some bits need a proper clean.
Have a good Wednesday all x

Morning all xx
Thank you for all your positivity 😘 P & S say I can use their computer to complete the application form. So I'll pull everything together and go over at the weekend and get it done.
I'm up, made my bed, dressed, packed my lunch, eaten breakfast, completed Wordle and Connections, and I'm supping my brew.
Yesterday's meeting wasn't as bad as I expected. Nothing dropped on us from a great height. And breathe....
I hope all the poorlies are soon feeling better.
Love to all

ETA Note to self. CBT and CBS are different things. (I was briefly convinced that YL was experimenting with cannabis! I don't need to do that, I can get high on NN's fumes in the garden. Cough.)IT ONLY TAKES SMALL DAILY ACTIONSFOR MAGIC TO HAPPENRosemary Ikpeme9 -

Morning all, flying in to say I'm still alive. Possibly the only flying I'll do today! Had DD2 her OH and DGS2 and DGD3 here since Saturday, no flying. Now trying to catch up on the weeding, growing, harvesting. I caught up with the washing on Friday. This morning I tipped it all on the bed to sort out. May do that today, if i find time, or it may go back into the baskets!
Skim read the last few posts, good luck with the new job application, round. Hugs to everyone, mumtoomany.xxxFrugal Living Challenge 2025.8 -
