That's brilliant! I managed to do an entire half hour workout from my new Davina DVD on Saturday, and when I had a go yesterday, I only managed 10 minutes, as my legs had gone all funny :rotfl: Off for a swim tomorrow night to give Davina a rest from all that jumping up and down, must be very tiring for her.
Have just signed up for the Tesco tracker thing-is it really completely free? I used to use a similar website that I paid about a tenner a month for, so this is great! Am well under my points for today, and don't have to guess at how many calories anything has in it, which is really helpful. Scary how fast they add up though...

Well done on the walk Skinty. I love beach walks in winter - shame we've got over an hour's drive to get to one

    And the biscuits :naughty:

MissEyre, I'd love a Davina DVD - is it any good?

Its brilliant! I have two-3 30 minute workouts, which I've done quite well with, and Power of 3 which made me want to cry. Woud recommend them, as she keeps you going with it somehow..

    Hi
Hope everyone is off to a good start this week. Had my weigh in at SW tonight (had to go Thurs last week cos of new year). Have stayed the same since Thurs, 13st 10lb. Stayed to group so i am feeling pretty positive tonight.

So i have planned meals for tomorrow, and am hoping to plan a bit more this week. Not only to help the diet, but also to help with the budget and also want to defrost the freezer, so hoping that by being a little more old style things work out: Going for a red day so got porridge for brekkie, roast chicken and new pots/salad for lunch, and left over roast beef and sausage casserole for dinner.

Hoping to walk into town tomorrow morning instead of drive, to save money on petrol, get my lazy butt moving and also give little one a chance to sleep in the buggy.

What's everyone else got planned for tomorrow?

the biscuits are all gone now though and they were delicious. won't buy anymore though.

for those with chocolate to get rid of try going over to the christmas, special occasions board and looking at chocolate slabs - I'm going to make these for pressies and use up all the lovely bars people got me that I can't eat.

Went to Pilates last night !!! It is hard work but you come away feeling soooooooo relaxed. GOing to Aquarobics on Thursday and making sure i have a decent walk every day if possible. The walk around the block from where i live is exactly 2 miles so that will do me.

    Have a good day
