I decided after scrubbing the kitchen/breakfast room floor with a nail brush ( my scrubbing brush has disappeared and the floor soo needed to be done but I couldnt get out to buy a new brush so I improvised ) Anyway, I decided that after all that arm movements it was time for some leg exercise ie. my cross trainer. Got on, all fine and dandy, start peddling, and 35 seconds later the flipping pedal disconnects from the arm and I go flying into the wall. (I'm okay). Cue lots of cursing from me. I've had a look at it and it seems to have stripped the threads on the bolt holding the pedal to the arm. Double dammit!
The good news is I can fix it, but the bad news is it wont be for a few days so I'm back to doing my Latin dance DVD for a while instead
