Good luck! I'm sure when I ever get pregnant, it'll be the best excuse for me to just eat and eat so I need to try and get in shape now before I do, lol!

It doesn't seem to make any difference - I lost weight during my pregnancy and still look like the back end of a very saggy bus. :o

I was a stone lighter than pre pregnancy the day I gave birth. Maybe I should do it more often :rotfl:

    Evening all,

I am very proud of myself, have been on my exercise bike 4 days out of the last 5, have gone from 3 miles a day up to 5 miles and am currently on the slimfast diet, well drinking a shake for breakfast and lunch and normal tea, drinking loadsa water and have barely snaked at all although there was kettle chips left over at work yesterday after a lunch a customer had so i HAD to have some as i love them and had a bit of Stollen cake today.

The slimfast thing is good because i love milkshakes anyway so i am finding it really easy!

Dinner tonight will be fish and vegetables probably, losing weight is becoming as addictive as MSE :rotfl:

Can I join in too please? I started on Sunday so my weigh day is Sunday. So far I have been good with food and been on my Lateral Thigh Trainer everyday (ok it's only been for 8 mins at a time  as it's all I can manage but I'm getting there;) ). My target to lose is 1 stone.

    Good luck everyone:D

I've been on the exercise bike again tonight. I managed 30 minutes again, 11.4 miles and 416 calories :T

Now I need to stop me legs shaking so I can go to bed :rotfl:

Good news, DH managed to temporarily fix the cross trainer. YAY. The bad news is I only managed 12 minutes on the cross trainer today. I was wheezing and my heart was racing, so I didn't want to push it. I think maybe I'm coming down with something because I'm freezing but I've got a temperature :(
Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow as I really want to make it to the 20 minute mark.
