  • Hi all - glad everyone seems to be having success with their weight loss.
    I only started 3 days ago, and seem to have lost 2lbs already!
    think it's mainly water though....
    Have been eating really well and cooking everything from scratch, not buying any Starbucks or chocolates or cakes which is a real breakthrough for me!!

    Hi there, have just found your 'club', hope its ok if I join in? Am late 40's and weigh about 35lbs too much for good health - am (if I don't lie to myself) a size 18 and for my height should be a 14, no waistline to speak of, and can pinch about 5 inches - in all directions!

    Well i weighed in at SW last night, and i have put on 5lbs over Xmas and New Year. (Normally weigh in Mon night, but no session this week due to New Years Eve). :mad: Stiffles swear words!!!!! That means i am even further off getting my big bum into some smart trousers in Feb when i go back to work after maternity leave!!!!
    So i currently weigh 13st 10lb (was 17st 11lb when i started!!!:eek: )........Now where did i put that will power????
