IA that's 6lbs, not 4lbs actually, so even allowing for the natural fluctuations throughout the day, you must have lost some. :T
Off to do my weigh-in now.......why didn't I do it BEFORE breakfast??"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

3lb lost! Not too bad although I sort of hoped it would be a bit more, being the first week of a diet, and with plenty of Christmas weight to lose!
I've just swept the floor and tidied the kitchen and living room so maybe that will have burned a few calories, and I had unsweetened porridge for breakfast (cheated and added a teaspoon of jam, so not exactly unsweetened I suppose).
My Mum and Dad are coming over in a bit and we are going to Ikea for a look round and some lunch though....arrggghhh, I hope there's something low fat I can eat there."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
