2lb Lucy ... was 11st to start with on this. Not loads, I know, but I have been doing WWatchers for yonks and have come down from 12st 4 initially through them. I always find these last few pounds the hardest and slowest to lose! I want to get to 10st 7 which is my goal weight, but to be honest I might try and go a few pounds lower just to give myself some room to put a couple of pounds on and not go over 10st 7.Olympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

Well done every1 who has lost weight, i will record my weigh ins on a friday too although i get weighed at w8 watchers on a thursday.
I love doing the w8 watchers points as i can eat what ever i want within reason and you can save points from a day and carry them over in the same week if you have a special occasion coming up (which i have by the way, my 40th birthday monday!! YAY)
Anyway ive been really good yesterday and today and just about to start my half hour of mad dancing around the room with the curtains closed to the Scissor Sisters lol 4 my exercise.
Have a good healthy eating day every1 and think slim!! xxpoppyxx0 -

I'll weigh myself again later and see what that says.....'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0 -
Well done to all that have lost this week, as well as those who havent put on as much as expected
Our weigh in day is Saturday, if that's OK so I'll report back tomorrow the results. I'm not expecting much to be honestIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Just weighed myself again and did my measurements... so my results for today are...
weight 12st 4 (lost 5 lb)
Hips 40.5 (- 1 inch)
Belly 39 (+ 1 inch)
Waist 32 (same)
Obviously measurements are variable but this is what I'm sticking with :PTotal 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
