    I know that when I am following the diet I tend to 'go' more, I think it's the amount of water in the food I am eating, I also drink more water when I am following it.

    Probably just a natural detox!
    Current debt - £16,300 :(

    That's what I was thinking, but I couldnt remember whether it happened last time I started SW

    Hopefully it will show on the scales when I weigh in at weekend ;)

    Have just done that DVD for the first time... :eek: oooooow! lol. Nah it wasn't too bad... am aching a bit but that's because I've done nothing apart from sit on my flabby backside for the past 5 months since my race for life.. :rotfl: How's everyone else doing?
