    Snaggles - Paul Mckenna = very bad!!!!:p

I have my first weigh in of the new year tonight!!! So slightly panicked, I've been good since Monday so I'll have to see. Will report anything later this evening.

Wish me luck! I think I might need it :o
    Current debt - £16,300 :(

  • Went terribly wrong on the belly / debt challenge not to mention the no booze thing last night - just posted all over the forums for help and advice on where I live! - as had to have beers after work and then that involved a trip to the chicken shop on the way home. Perhaps I should reverse the challenge -at this rate I will be gaining 35lbs not losing them!!!!!!

Happy new year dieting day everyone! Please do better than me!

    Oh dear!

I think they should ban late night food shops, I love cheesy chips after a night out... Still it was only one night and you can get right back on it today and hopefully you shouldn't do to much damage!

    Try and stay positive.

  • Morning peeps! I am now the owner of an exercise bike :D Hopefully my DVD WILL arrive today... and I've arranged with SIL to start going to bodytone classes as of next tuesday :T I figured that if I wasn't going to be able to stick to a diet I'd just have to do 3x as much exercise.. :rotfl:

I thought you were pretty tall. You don't have much to lose then!

No not really.. it's not the weight I'm bothered about really.. I just hate the fact that what I do have is flabby and suffering from having 2 kids!!!

Back to work tomorrow too
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
