DH keeps going on about there being something in vinegar thats good for weight loss - he says all the supermodels drink it
Dont know how true it is, he does talk through his armpit sometimes :rotfl:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

i'd love to join in - want to get fit - to RUN the rfl this year rather than walk it; and to lose loads of the fat I've been piling on over the last few years. And would LURVE to ride daughter's pony, but I need to get to abt 9st to do that!
Will be shot of the xmas goodies and back to work by Monday, will that do? Weighing and measuring Sunday night.
Bought some diet pils off ebay as well (was that stupid - don't answer) so will keep y'all posted on how they do. If they arrive, could be just as bad as that DVD, IA.
Best to all - especially for weighday Friday
